The city of Dubai is focusing on Public Water Transport. This will be developed in 3 phases. The first phase will be implemented on the Dubai Creek.

Phase 1 will consist of 1 line linking 4 terminals, all connected to other modes of transport such as international bus terminals and metro stations.

All terminals are different, yet members of the same architectural family. The two main hub stations Al Ghubaiba and Union Square are carefully blended into their environment, providing rooftop viewing area and state of the art climatised terminal facilities.

The Gold souk terminal is positioned like a jewel in an oasis and the temporary Deira City Center terminal is floating in the middle of the Creek. Together they will provide fast and efficient transport for 26 million tourists and professionals annually.
